Throughout 2024, Thomás de Carranza has registered a significant progress in itsdifferent practice areas, especially Litigation, Labor and Real Estate.

With respect to litigation, the Firm has initiated more than 430 legal proceedings in the civil, commercial and contentious-administrative areas, concluding 233 proceedings during the year, 98.28% of which were favorable to the client.

In theLabor Law area, Thomás de Carranza Abogados has handled more than 700 consultations in Labor Law matters throughout the year. Likewise, more than 125 files have been processed before the Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Service (SMAC) and more than 100 judicial proceedings have been filed in the social jurisdiction. Of the latter, 45 have already been sentenced, all of them in favor of the Firm, representing a 100% success rate in labor litigation.

Also in this area, the Firm participated in the drafting of the new Equality Plan for the Hotel Ritz. After several months of work, the agreement was signed in December 2024, in which the firm played a key role accompanying the company at the negotiating table with the works council and its advisors. In addition, the Firm’s team actively collaborated in the development of the diagnosis and the compensation audit of the hotel, essential elements for the future implementation of the Equality Plan.
