Thomás de Carranza Abogados has intensified its litigation activity, initiating 200 proceedings (declaratory and executive) in the first six months of the year. In addition, the percentage of rulings in favor of its clients exceeds 98%, with more than 140 proceedings completed.
At the same time, the firm has handled more than 200 files prior to the filing of lawsuits, as part of the process of adapting to the new needs of its clients in view of the continuous legislative changes affecting the sector.
This work has allowed the recovery of numerous leases in complex situations, as well as the recovery of a large part of the debt generated, thanks to the follow-up and work carried out by the team specialized in the out-of-court debt collection phase.
Likewise, the firm has intervened in proceedings of special legal complexity related, among others, to abusive clauses.
