Solid experience in the field of corporate law, advising companies in the incorporation and development of commercial companies; purchase and sale of assets; mergers and acquisitions; capital investments, shareholders’ agreements – shareholders’ agreements, management agreements, capital increases and reductions; negotiation and formalization of commercial contracts. Extensive professional experience in civil and bankruptcy litigation, assuming the technical management of numerous legal proceedings (claim procedures; contractual breaches; etc.).
