of the leading companies in the distribution of fruits and vegetables in the Community of Madrid, especially in the Horeca channel.<\/p>\n<p>The project has been led by <strong>Maria Gomes Sousa<\/strong>, <strong>director of the Labor Area of the Firm<\/strong>, who has a long experience in the design and implementation of this type of plans. The preparation of the document required a technical and multidisciplinary approach that included negotiation with the workers&#8217; legal representatives, internal data analysis, definition of specific measures and subsequent registration of the document with the labor authority. <\/p>\n<p>Gomes Sousa highlighted the collaboration that has existed from the very beginning with the company&#8217;s management, &#8220;<em>an element that is always fundamental to successfully conclude this type of negotiations. The effort made in this process is a reflection of Chef Fruit&#8217;s culture, which has led it to become a leading company in its sector. <\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>With extensive experience in the labor field, Thom\u00e1s de Carranza Abogados has participated in the development of similar plans, including, most recently, that of the <a href=\"https:\/\/tc-abogados.es\/en\/2025\/04\/15\/the-labor-and-litigation-practice-areas-close-2024-with-a-99-win-rate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hotel Ritz in Madrid<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2022, equality plans have been mandatory for all companies with 50 or more employees, as established by Royal Decree 902\/2020 on Equal Pay for Men and Women, which celebrates its fourth anniversary this year. The regulation was a decisive boost in the implementation of equality policies in the Spanish business environment, by establishing specific measures to correct structural inequalities between men and
