Consultancy for the creation of Viventa International Group holding company

  • The two companies offer real estate and financial services to Latin American clients in Europe and the United States.

Spanish company Unión Andina and U.S.-based Viventa have reached an agreement to integrate their real estate and financial services activities for Latin American clients residing in Europe and the United States. The new company, Viventa International Group, will be the parent company of both companies and will be headquartered in Spain.

Legal advice has been provided by the law firm Thomás de Carranza, whose partners Cristina Simón and Santiago Thomás de Carranza will be the secretary and vice-secretary of the Board of Directors of Viventa International Group.

Both Viventa LLC, a U.S. company based in the State of Florida, and the Spanish company Unión Andina S.A. are companies whose activity is focused on facilitating the acquisition of homes in Colombia and Ecuador for Latin American immigrants.

Both companies, now integrated into the parent company Viventa International Group, offer their clients real estate brokerage, financing and purchasing services in their home countries.

For Santiago Thomás de Carranza, managing partner of the advisory firm, “the process has been particularly complex from a legal, tax and financial point of view, as it is an international operation with companies from different countries that are integrated under the same parent company while maintaining their own corporate name”.

The advisory process has been led by the firm’s partners, Santiago Thomás de Carranza and Cristina Simón.
