Iñigo Sánchez del Campo Basagoiti is a partner specialized in Commercial and Real Estate Law, developing the Real Estate Legal Management Area of which he is co-responsible. During his more than 20 years of professional experience, Iñigo has been linked to the business world. He has focused his activity on commercial law, corporate law, contractual activity of companies, relationships between partners, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence processes, corporate governance or compliance, among others . He has worked in a wide variety of sectors such as: transportation, residential, hotel, renewable energies, supplies or health.

Iñigo provides day-to-day advice to a large number of real estate companies (SIIs, FIIs, Socimi, family estates), participating in the management and resolution of all their disputes and, in many cases, assuming the general secretariat of the Boards of Directors.

Iñigo Sánchez del Campo participates in the regulatory management of the Socimis he represents, managing and advising them in their activities in the continuous market and alternative markets (BME Growth, Euronext…). In addition, it maintains its judicial activity, assuming legal representation in all types of civil, bankruptcy and contentious-administrative proceedings.
